We had a fantastic stay at Rural Chapel Cottage. The location was convenient for both exploring Aberdeen city and attending the TECA venue. The cottage itself was clean, warm, and had all the modern amenities we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely welcome pack and extras provided by the host, Julia. The hot tub and garden bar were a great bonus for relaxation, and our dog enjoyed the enclosed garden. The spacious bedrooms made for a comfortable stay. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying here.
That the cottage had a faint smell of cigarettes, which was a bit unpleasant. it would have been more convenient to have an upstairs bathroom or toilet.

The highlight was definitely the beautiful garden with a hot tub and bar area, perfect for fun and relaxation. Plus, it was pet-friendly with an enclosed garden, ideal for a relaxing break with our furry friend. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway.
The surrounding area was a bit disappointing as there were nearby industrial businesses, which didn't match the description we initially read. This made us feel less safe, especially at night.
